In charge of the reorganization of Island Companies Ltd. Responsible for the merchandising mix, selling proposition strategy, retail space optimization and profit line maximization. Main achievements:
- Management of a turnaround process of the organization through creation and execution of a strategic plan.
- Definition and set-up of merchandising and selling strategy
- Definition and execution of the marketing strategy on cruise, stay-over, hotel and resident markets
- Inventory optimization
- Cash flow optimization thanks to inventory reduction and increase in merchandise rotation.
- Capex management for major refurbishment programs delivering positive NPV and IRR. After 4 years the company is re-organized and ready to roll-out operations in other jurisdictions.
